PROPOSED SIGNAGE: 6 by 15 foot freestanding sign mounted on existing posts.
The sign will be mounted on plywood and will consist of a
black and red background with white lettering.
TOTAL:IREA OF SIGNS: 90 square feet
NOTES: This application is for the replacement of a sign constructed before
the Sign Ordinance went into effect.The previous sign was
destroyed by a storm. Tom St. Pierre,Building Commissioner,
stated that the applicant has the right to replace the previous sign
with a sign of the same dimensions on the original frame.
RECOMMENDATION: I recommend approval as submitted.
