LOCATION: Entrance Corridor
ADDRESS: 280 Bridge Street
DATE RECEIVED: 11/23/04
BUILDING FRONTAGE: 80 linear feet
MAXIMUM ALLOWED: 80 square feet
PROPOSED SIGNAGE: Two 4'x 5'vinyl/metal wall signs with a navy blue
background and white letters with red accents to locate on
each side of the building. And one 2'x 7'vinyl/metal wall
sign to locate on the front of the building.
TOTAL AREA OF SIGNS: 54 square feet
COMMENTS: This sign permit will be contingent on the removal of the illegal
roof sign to be removed 90-days receipt of the permit.
RECOMMENDATION: This application meets the dimensional requirements and the
design guidelines of the Salem Sign Ordinance and the Entrance
Corridor Overlay District Ordinance. I recommend approval as
submitted.
