Proposed Signage: One 33" x 42" hanging sign with a metal bracket on a black post.
The sign will be MDO Plywood with gold vinyl text, a red lobster
and green background with light green and black accents.
Total Area of Sign(s): 9.6 square feet
DRB Approval: 9/24/03
SRA Approval: 10/8/03
Recommendation: This application has been approved with the DRB recommendations by
the SRA. The SRA made an exception for allowing the free-standing sign
seeing as the Market Place was originally approved,as a project, for this
type of sign. I would recommend approval as approved by the SRA.
