Enclosed for your approval is a sign application for 4 Florence Street. The
application includes two metal signs (2' x 16' and a 2' x 4')that total 40 square feet
for an industrial property that is not within an Entrance Corridor District. This
proposal (40 square feet) is less than the total signage allowance (96 square feet).
I would recommend approval of this application. Please let me know if you have
