ADDRESS: 107 Federal Street

BUILDING FRONTAGE: 85 linear feet total
NLhKIMUM ALLOWED: 42.5 sq ft
PROPOSED SIGNAGE: Sign to be two-sided 18 inches wide by 24 inches high,with
base color to be black with gold trim and lettering. Lettering
to be carved. The proposed sign will be hung on existing
hardware.
TOTAL AREA OF SIGNS: 3 square feet
CONMENTS: The proposed sign replaces a prior sign, matching the dimensions
and hung from the original bracket. The proposed sign was
approved by the Salem Historical Commission on November 15,
2006.
RECOMMENDATION: This application meets the guidelines set forth in the Sign
Ordinance. I recommend approval as submitted.
