I have been requested by the applicant to modify that application by submitting a new, revised sign proposal. This revised proposal shows a minor modification of the previously requested sign: The previously requested sign had been 57.5 square feet, the revised sign is 60.0 square feet representing a minor increase in the car wash panel to allow the phrase "free with fill-up" to be added to the sign panel.
