Re: Signs Application for Valvoline Instant Oil Change facility, 87 North St.
Dear Ellen:
Attached are the sign application and sign plans for our new facility on North Street. As
we discussed, we have proposed the small pole sign of approximately 34 square feet and
a height of 15 feet, well below the 65 square foot and 25 foot height limit, due to our
entrance corridor location.
The building sign (34.14 sq. ft.) is also well below the limit of 85 sq. ft., calculated by
the length on the one exit side of our facility.
I have detailed all other signage, including directional signs, both on the building and
freestanding and the illuminated red stripe above the doors on the exit side of the
building.
