Staff Comment The applicant has revised the proposal to conform to the DRB letter height conditions. The applicant has removed the illegal signs. Original Proposal The proposal (shown on plans dated September 8, 2010) consists of two halo-lit channel letter signs—one on the Norman Street fagade and one on the Crombie Street fagade.
