Discussion of installation of signage
SRA Decision
At their meeting on June 10, 2015, the SRA voted unanimously (4-0) to approve
the May 27, 2015 DRB recommendation to approve the proposal to erect
signage at 24 New Derby Street Artists' Row Stall #5).
Recommendation
At its meeting on May 27, 2015 the Design Review Board voted unanimously (5-0) in
favor of recommending the applicant's proposal for signage at Artists' Row stall #5.
Black brackets shall be used to hang the sign.
Proposal
The applicants propose to erect a 24" x 44" right angle sign at the existing free-
standing sign pole at this location. The sign will contain the branding and names of
two artists. The sign will be made of wood and the design/colors will be painted and
silk screened.
Staff Comment
This proposed sign is compliant with the City's sign ordinance.
