Recommendation At its meeting on May 27, 2015 the Design Review Board voted unanimously (5-0) in favor of recommending the applicant's proposal for signage at Artists' Row stall #2. Black brackets shall be used to hang the sign. Proposal The applicant proposes to erect a 27.5" x 42" (8 square feet) right angle sign on the existing sign pole at this location. The sign will be made of sapele wood and contain glazed ceramic letters and graphic trim. Black carabiner clips will be used to attach the sign. Staff Comment This proposed sign is compliant with the City's sign ordinance. More information will be sought regarding method of attachment.
