This permit shall be displayed in a location clearly visible from access street or road and shall be maintained open for public inspection for the entire duration of the

signs
DRB Recommendation
At its meeting on May 28, 2014 the DRB voted 6-0 to recommend the proposal to
place one a-frame sign (two total) at either end of 24 New Derby Street /Artists' Row.
Proposal for May 28 DRB Meeting
The participants at Artists' row propose to place two identical A-Frame signs — one at
either end of the row as noted on the enclosed overhead map. Both signs will be
approximately 6 square feet. They will have wooden (brown color) frames with black
chalkboard backing.

There is a generous amount of space at either end of Artists' Row; therefore I do not
feel that providing 5' of clearance for pedestrians will be an issue.
