The Salem Sign Ordinance requires all signs to be reviewed and approved prior to their installation. In addition,your property is located within the McIntire Historic District and requires further review and approval from the Salem Historic Commission. The painted sign lccated on the fagade of your establishment does not meet the Salem Sign Ordinance or the Historical Commission requirements, and is therefore an illegal sign.
