A 2'x3' golden pine blade sign with carved black letters. This will be hung on an existing black bracket show in the pictures provided. 2. A 18"X108" golden pine sign with carved black letters. This will be mounted above the storefront's windows and flat against the building. Design Review Recommendation On July 23, 2014 the DRB voted 5-0 to recommend approval of a blade and building sign at 190 Essex Street (The Coven's Cottage), conditional upon working with DRB Member Glenn Kennedy to revise the building sign. Staff Comment The applicant worked with Glenn Kennedy as requested and made necessary revisions to their proposed building sign. All signage is in compliance with the City of Salem's sign ordinance.
