Hi Merissa,
Thanks for sending a copy of the application for me to pre-review.The zoning is B5 (Central Development). Please add
the length of the of the store's frontage to the application.
Does the decal include the gray box, or are the decals just white (and the gray is there so the white shows up)?
For the plans, we need to see where each sign is going.You could take a photo of the store front,then label the
windows A, B, and so on and then label the decals with the corresponding letter. Please delineate the dimensions of the
windows and the dimensions of each decal. Calculate the total window area, and the total decal area to demonstrate
that the decals do not exceed 30 percent of the total glass area of windows.
Are you installing a new primary sign in the black area above the windows,or is there an existing sign?Window signage
is accessory(meaning it is allowed, but you need to have a primary sign too).The primary sign plus the windows sign
area count towards the total allowed (based on the linear feet of the frontage).
