BUILDING FRONTAGE: 17 linear feet
MAXIMUM ALLOWED: 25 sq ft(minimum allowance if frontage is under 25 linear ft)
PROPOSED SIGNAGE: The installation of an 82" x 8"wood and metal wall sign.
The background is black with 4" cast aluminum letters.
TOTAL.AREA OF SIGNS: 5 square feet
COMbIF.NTS: Attached is a copy of a ZBA Decision, which states that this
property is a non-conforming use. Zoning Ordinance permits
