This approval is granted under the condition that MC Sign Company will obtain the appropriate permits and approvals required by the local governing authority prior to installation at Tenant's sole expense. In addition, signage must be continuously maintained in good condition at Tenant's cost and expense. Should the sign become damaged or faded in any way, Tenant shall repair or replace immediately. Recommendation At its meeting on May 24, 2017 the Design Review Board voted unanimously (7-0) to recommend approval of the proposed installation of signage at 76 Lafayette Street (T- Mobile) as submitted. Proposal The applicant seeks to install signage in two locations above its storefront; facing Derby Street and facing the rear parking area on Lafayette respectively. The letters will be aluminum, painted white with satin finish. Each sign will be 20" x 121" and halo lit. A small 8.5"x11" vinyl sign denoting ownership of the location will be place adjacent to the entrance to the store on Derby Street.
