'e� 'q Salem ® Redevelopment Authority Salem Redevelopment Authority Decision January 14, 2015 75 Lafayette Street (Keller Williams Realty): Discussion and vote on proposed signage SRA Decision At its meeting on January 15, 2015, the SRA voted 3-0 to approve a December 3, 2014 DRB recommendation to approve the installation of signage at 75 Lafayette Street (Keller Williams Realty), conditional upon the applicant adhering to the revised size of the sign shown to the Board on January 15, 2015. DRB Recommendation At its meeting on December 3, 2014 the DRB voted unanimously to recommend approval of the proposal to erect new signage at 75 Lafayette Street (Keller Williams Realty), conditional upon the sign's height and lettering being reduced by two (2) inches, so as to not cover one additional course of brick. Staff Comment for December 10, 2014 SRA Meeting The attached materials do not show the revised dimensions, but the applicant is in the process of making these changes and revised drawings will be brought to the meeting. Proposal for December 3, 2014 DRB Meeting The applicant proposes to remove an existing 24 sq/ft wall sign with black background and raised gold leaf letters, and replace it with a new 24 sq/ft wall sign with satin black with smaltz background, 1" deep dimensional 23k gold leaf letters.
