Attached is a photo of the existing pole sign on property located at Traders Way.
A copy of the original plan (attached) shows lavout for Sears Hardware to fit the
entire available area as does the graphic layout for the 3 existing tenants being
Somerville Lumber, The Ground Round & Eastern Bank.
In review of the existing company logo's I notice that they are adjusted from
normal use so that they will fill the largest amount of area possible: even if the
logo's themselves are disproportionate.
I have spoken with Sears about your concerns and they are preparing a revised
plan to accomodate your request.
