Proposed Signage: The proposal includes the installation of two freestanding sign panels
on two different freestanding pylon signs: one 42" x 74" and the
other 18"x 68". The proposal also includes the installation of two
11'x 4'7" channel letter wall signs.
Total Area of Signage:50 sq ft. wall sign on Paradise Rd. 50 sq ft. wall sign on Vinnin St.
Comments: All the new proposed signs will locate in the same spots as the
existing"FLEET BANK" signs.
Recommendation: This application meets the design guidelines for the Entrance Corridor. I
