Dear Mr. Rockett:
I am writing to inform you of a violation of the City of Salem Sign Ordinance at the
above-mentioned property. Specifically, your tenants have placed several A-Frame signs
at the entrance to the property. These signs are prohibited under Section 3-55-E of the
Ordinance. Please inform your tenants that these signs must be removed immediately or
they could face potential monetary fines.
