Based on a linear frontage of 100 feet, the maximum signage allowed is 100 square feet. In addition, the applicant would be allowed to install one free-standing sign. Based on our Entrance Corridor Overlay District requirements,this sign can be a maximum of 32.5 square feet and up to 12.5 feet high. Also, if you proceed with an application for a free-standing sign, I would recommend using external instead of internal lighting (especially since the Planning Board had included this provision in their decision for the previous sign package). I have enclosed a copy of the approved drawings for the building signage with this fax. Please let me know if you have any questions or need any additional information.
