DRB Recommendation At their meeting on July 1, 2013, the DRB voted to recommend approval of the proposed signage with the following condition: • The second design option was selected (noted in the proposal below) by the DRB for approval. Staff Comment The applicant agreed to the condition and has provided the approved design with this packet. Proposal for June 26 DRB Meeting The applicant seeks to hang a blade sign on an existing sign holder that is affixed to the building above his storefront. The sign will replace an older sign that was in disrepair and no longer hangs there. It will be 1 and % inches thick, and 42" x 36", made of cedar board.
