As per your request, I have calculated the amount of proposed

you know, Mr. Paul Lyons, owner of Bergeron Plumbing, is proposing
to install back lit, translucent vinyl awnings. These are the same
type of awnings that can be found at Montillio's Bakery on North

Convenience Store on North Street. All of the aforementioned
awnings were erected prior to the establishment of the Entrance
Corridor Overlay District.
Essentially, Mr. Bergeron is proposing the following canopy
signage:
Materials: Vinyl w/translucent Colors: Blue background,
color background w/white lettering
Back lit fluorescent Bergeron logo has
lamp units green accent
Size of Proposed Awning A: 4' x 51' 6" = 206 s.f. *

OOOLEY BRI TE HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS
CooleySign Systems Inc
Cooley Brite is a durable, long lasting high quality sign and awning material manufac-
tured by Cooley Sign Systems Inc. Since it is an eradicable membrane, for optimum
performance please read the following instructions for handling:
1. Inspect all material to be used prior to any decoration or installation. View material for
reflection (daytime viewing), and transmission (backlit nightime viewing). Be certain you
have the proper amount of material before starting the job.
2. WHEN MATCHING PANELS DO NOT MIX LOT NUMBERS. Colors may vary slightly
between lots.
3. Do not cut Cooley Brite on the floor. Use a table.
4. Do not drag the coated surface across the floor or a table. It may cause scratches or
chip the coating.
5. DO NOT fold or bunch the material, particularly when sewing or grommeting. When
sewing it is recommended that you double stitch on the backside with anti-wick treated
polyester thread. We DO NOT recommend top stitching.
6. Never fold Cooley Brite, always roll it.
7. Do not lean the roll against a sharp edge (such as table), for long periods of time.
8. Store Cooley Brite in its original packaging. Always store the rolls standing on end, not
flat.
9. DO NOT overlap seam when RF seaming. The ink used in making Cooley Brite inhibits
ultraviolet light penetration which protects the material. It also inhibits RF sealing from
making a strong bond. DO NOT cold seam or hot air seam. We recommend RF seam-
ing with a butt seam and Cooley seam tape.
10. When cleaning the material or preparing it for decoration, use diluted Cooley Clean. DO
NOT use laquer thinner, isopropyl alcohol, carbon tetrachloride, MEK, denatured alco-
hol, grain alcohol, turpentine, or similar materials.
11. Reverse panels when matching pieces.
12. When eradicating, we recommend using Gerber Mask or Avery SX 3400 for masking.
We DO NOT recommend eradicating over seams.
13. A soft, clean, lint free, non abrasive WHITE cloth should be used when eradicating.
14. Use ONLY Cooley Magic eradication solution for eradicating Cooley-Brite.
15. Do not allow Cooley Magic eradicating fluid to puddle on the membrane. Use brisk
strokes to wipe the color off.
