RE: Building permit
Dear Ms. Lantier,
At a meeting in my office on June 13, 1988, brought about by your failure
to obtain building, electrical and plumbing permits for work underway at property
owned by you at -*Settler's Way, you assured me you would engage the services
of a professions engineer to evaluate the possibilty of damage caused to the
structural integrity of the property by the cutting of beams and trusses. Over
a month has passed without any communication from you.
Unless I hear from your engineer within seven (7) days of your receipt on
this notice, it is my intention to initiate the appropriate legal action against
you for failing to obtain a building permit as required by Section 113. 1
of the Mass State Building Code.
Sincerely,
William H. Munroe
Inspector of Buildings
