As you requested, I am submitting my statement pertaining to the completion of the lower level of my townhouse for your records. The lower level of my townhouse has been finished to create a family room with wet bar, guest bedroom and guest bathroom for my own personal use. At no time will this space by leased, rented or permanently occupied by a third party. Additionally, I will arrange to have a plumber and electrician conduct a"no liability" inspection of the work that was done in the lower level and submit these statements to you as quickly as possible.
