Dear Mr. St. Pierre:
Thank you for taking time to meet with me regarding my home at 21 Settlers Way. As
you requested, I am submitting my statement pertaining to the completion of the lower
level of my townhouse for your records.
The lower level of my townhouse has been finished to create a family room with wet
bar, guest bedroom and guest bathroom for my own personal use. At no time will
this space by leased, rented or permanently occupied by a third party.
Additionally, I will arrange to have a plumber and electrician conduct a"no liability"
inspection of the work that was done in the lower level and submit these statements to
you as quickly as possible.
Thank you for your assistance with this mater. In the future, I will ensure that I have the
correct building permits on file with your office.

I have been hired by Mr,Darryll Clark who resides at 21 Settler Way to conduct a"no
liability"review of electrical work that was done in his basement renovation. This
review was completed on.Thursday January 16,2003 and.I concluded the following,
The electrical work that was done in the basement was up to code and.I did not see ally
violation in the installation. The sub panel also was in order. All was done in a neat and
workmanlike manner.
