Dear Owner:
Please be advised, the recent removal of your side fence and the parking of vehicles on
the front yard is a violation of the Salem Zoning Ordinance. The specific violation is
parking in the front yard setback.
You are directed to cease parking on the front lawn. If you feel you are aggrieved by this
order, your appeal is to the Salem Zoning Board of Appeals. Failure to comply will
result in a complaint being filed in Salem District Court.
