Dear Mr.. & Mrs. Santana:.
It has come to my attention that the porch at 27 School
Street is in an advanced state of deterioration. It is imperative
that no one be allowed to use the second floor level of the porch
and that the landing and steps on the first floor be repaired
immediately.
It is my recommendation the porch be removed before some-
thing unfortunate occurs.
