Presently, the matter is scheduled for hearing on December 10, 1986. At this time, due to personal considerations of my clients, request is made for a withdrawal of the application, without prejudice. On a later occassion, it is anticipated that a new application will be filed with respect to the property, but seeking relief of a different nature. This letter is submitted upon recommendation of the Board personnel , with the understanding that withdrawal without prejudice will be granted without any appearance at the next meeting by applicants or their attorney.
