Petitioners desire to resubdivi,de the land into three ( 3) .lots all of which would contain approximately 83 feet of frontage which is less than the required 1.00 feet: Each of the proposed redivided lots would contain substantially more than the 15,000 square feet required under the Zoninq_ Ordinance.
