I'et --t:ioners are the owners of five (5) lots of land situated on an unimproved.street named
Clark Avenue, all containinq 50 feet of frontage for a total of 250 feet. Petitioners
desire to resubdivi,de the land into three ( 3) .lots all of which would contain approximately
83 feet of frontage which is less than the required 1.00 feet: Each of the proposed redivided
lots would contain substantially more than the 15,000 square feet required under the Zoninq_
Ordinance.
The Application for Permit was denied by the Inspector of Buildings for the following
reasons:

Zoning By-Laws anwould involve practical difficulty or unnecessary
hardship to the Undersigned and relief may be granted without substantially dero-
gating from the intent and purpose of the Zoning Ordinance &RdxBui1diwgxWde for
the following reasons:
The three lots shown on the accompanying plan each contain 83.33 feet and 32,810, 28,471
and 24, 3:8 square feet, res[nectively, which are substantially larger than all of the
nei.ghborinq properties containing dwelling houses. Petitioner will be required to extend
water and sewer lines along Clark Avenue at great expense and subject to Planning Board
approval.. it is respectfully suggested that the variances requested do not violate the
intent and purpose of the Zoning Ordinance and is not detrimental to the neighborhood.
