As an abutter to the property of Jahn Spinale of 38 1!2
Bridge Street , Salem, Mass. , Mr . Sinale has advised me, and I
am aware of, his plan to erect a new building on his Bridge
Street property. I have no objections to a new building at
this location and, in fact , I believe it will be an asset to
the property and to the Bridge Street area. It will also be
benificial to the city of Salem by bringing in new business
and tares.
