Due to the present weather and ground conditions of this site these issues cannot be addressed until April or May. As you know'* residents are not allowed an Occupancy Permit until all work on a subdivision plan is complete. The Wilensky however, are in a unique situation whereas they have been residing at a friends ' house and are in need of moving into their own home sooner than anticipated. At the request of the Planning Board, the Wilenskys have submitted a Tri-Partite Agreement based upon the work that remains for this subdivision. Due to this, the Planning Board is requesting that the Building Inspector issue an Occupancy Permit to the Wilensky' s prior to the finalization of the roadway, sidewalk , and curb installation.
