As you know, Daniel Wilensky and Christine Lutts ' ret,�eivea an -
approval from the Planning Boar-d—in—the_Fall of 1991 for' a sNgle
lot subdivision located at-it Salt Wall Lane.

Although the majority of work for this subdivision has already
been completed, there is work that still . needs to be done,
specifically roadway, sidewalk and curbs must be completed. Due to
the present weather and ground conditions of this site these issues
cannot be addressed until April or May.
As you know'* residents are not allowed an Occupancy Permit
until all work on a subdivision plan is complete. The Wilensky
however, are in a unique situation whereas they have been residing
at a friends ' house and are in need of moving into their own home
sooner than anticipated.
At the request of the Planning Board, the Wilenskys have
submitted a Tri-Partite Agreement based upon the work that remains
for this subdivision. Due to this, the Planning Board is
requesting that the Building Inspector issue an Occupancy Permit to
the Wilensky' s prior to the finalization of the roadway, sidewalk ,
and curb installation.
