Dear. Mr. Abram:
I am writing to you with regard to your 3—lot subdivision on Sable
Road in the City of Salem.
On June 6, 1985, the Salem Planning Board approved a plan entitled
"Subdivision Plan, Sable Road.!' The approval- required the installation
of four foot sidewalks, two foot planting strips, and a planting island
in the center of the cul-de—sac. These improvements have not been
completed. Also, the finish pavement has not been completed.
Your occupancy permits have been granted, but the aforementioned
infrastructure improvements have not yet been completed.
I would like to request that you cooperate with the Planning Board
and complete these improvements as soon as possible.
If you have any questions , please contact me at 7 95 e 311.

Dear Bill:
s
I am writing to you with regard to a 3 lot subdivision•on Sable
I Road being developed by James Abram.
All certificates of occupancy have been issued for the project.
The infrastructure improvements, though, as required by a plan approved
by the Planning 'Board on June 6, 1985, have not been completed.
The approved plan, entitled "Subdivision Plan, Sable Road", shows
four foot sidewalks, two foot planting strips, and a planting island in
the center of the cul—de sac which have not been installed. Also, the
finish pavement has not been completed.
Mr. Abram is therefore in violation of the approval granted by the
Planning Board on June 6, 1985.
I would like your assistance in requesting Mr. Abram to ensure the
completion of these improvements to the Sable Road Subdivision as soon
as possible.
Thank you for your cooperation.
