on Wednesday, May 4, 1994, the Salem Historical Commission
unanimously voted to deny a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mike
Kantorosinski to permanently remove shutters at 44 Warren Street.
Shutters are to be repaired or replaced within 6 months . Shutters
to be uniform throughout property, should be of wood and of a size
that would cover the window when closed, be hung so as to shed
water when closed and to be hung so as to be operable (hinged) .
