B. The Commission normally meets on the first and third Wednesdays ofeach month and notices are posted at City Hall. Elevation drawings of the specific improvements; 3. Details/profiles(i.e.moldings,fence caps,comites,vents,etc.); 4. Materials(i.e.wood,brick,etc.); 5. Dimensions(i.e.size of trim);and 6. Transformers,heat pump and condenser locations,electrical entries and meters,lamp posts,stove pipes. H. At the hearing,the Commission will discuss the application with the applicant or his representative,hear the abutters and take z vote. Owners having professional consultants such as architects or contractors are urged to have them be present at the hearing. If the application is approved, a Certificate will be mailed to the mailing address provided on the application and copies will be sent to the City Clerk and Building Inspector. The window would match the adjacent Nindows in style, size, and trim and be centered between the adjacent windows. The top section of the exterior fence would be removed and the post cap lowered to clear the window. 4. The existing back entry door would be converted into a storage area for outdoor equipment. The inner door would be removed and the wall filled in. The outer door,which is currently only a storm door,would be replaced by an exterior grade solid core wood door, painted to match the existing trim. 5. A new exterior door would be installed in the tenant space to replace the existing egress door(see note 4). The door would be a solid core exterior grade door with trim to match adjacent windows. Door and trim would be painted to match existing trim. Stone slab steps would provide access down to grade. 6. The existing fence and gate would be moved to allow for new door and steps.
