While taking the trash out, the above lost her balance &
fell from the porch of the fourth floor in the rear of
the above addre"ss, landing on the hot top some 35 ' to 40'
below. The above address is a four story brick
structure situated at the corner of Rosyln & Hazel
St, in Salem. Ms. Talbot lives with two friends at
that address & was in process of throwing a bag of trash
off the porch & lost her balance. The names of the two
roommates are Jenny Brady & Carol St. Pierre. At the time
of 6:00 AM the only known injury was a broken right knee.

Thank voo fcar your quick and conpel: ative response to my call of April 22,
1986, in regard to the condominium unit #7 of 25 Roslyn Street .
Th owner , Mr . Earl 9r-omit of Ledge Hill Road , Tuftonboro,N�w Hampshire 03DCS 4,
whose business address is 926 Eastern Avenue Malden , Mass, (phone
8140) has violated the CCindominium Documents, in particular the
Master Deed , by cutting through Common Areas, in particular the roof ^
Previous tut this work heing done, Mr ^ Brown spoke with one of the c�ther,
trustees �Mr. Richard '3y5ka, stating that hev Mr. Brown ,had all permits
necessary and that he would hold off all work pertaining to c"minnn areas,
pipes etc , until receiving an approval from Mr. Syska. The approval has no+
been given because this would neccessitate the visua) ization of plans and
permits , as well as, a vote by the Association , neither of which has
Qccurred.
As a trustee, I called you in hopes of obtaining assistance in
maintaining the soundness of the building and the safety of all occupants.
We fear , that Mr-., 8r-own may be endangering both of t�ese, thus my call
requesting a stop 1401' 1. rrder until , with yr"r assistance , this matter can
be addressed and corrected in a safe and reasoneble manner in accordance
with the Condominium Dnruments and the State Codes. As sprkesperson for
the trustees of the Jeanette Condominium Ass"riation , We would appreciate
a follow through from your department concerning this matter.
