On Wednesday, July 5, 1989, the Sale Historical Commission denied an
application for a Certificate of Appro iateness from Michael Slaven for the
reconstruction of stairs at t by a unanimous vote. It was
determined that the work should be considered under a Certificate of
Non—Applicability due to the proposed work being an in kind replacement. The
work was approved under a Certificate of Non—Applicability dated 7/10/89. I
attest that this is an accurate record of the vote taken, not amended or
modified in any way to this date.
The applicant withdrew the portion of the application referring to
replacement of window sashes and therefore their replacement is denied
without prejudice.
