I have receive complaints regarding the above reference property
regarding use and egresses and would like to set up an appointment with you
at your earliest convenience to inspect the premises. i did make an
inspection of the exterior of the property and found the roof to be causing
problems and should be taken care of immediately.
If you would please contact me within seven (7) days of receipt of
this notice to set up the aforementioned appointment we can get this
settled in a timely fashion.
