-ii everyone,
I will be issuing a Certificate of Non-applicability to remove the slate roof at 5 Monroe (Hermanski/Taylor),
-eplace wooden roof sheathing and relay the slate roof. The existing caps over the roof hips are probably
galvanized steel, but the new caps will be copper. Technically, this change in material would need to go
on a Certificate of Appropriateness....but I was wondering if you all though it was minor enough to let it
proceed under Non-applicability. Please tell me what you think.
Thanks!

Hi everyone,
I will be issuing a Certificate of Non-applicability to remove the slate roof at 5 Monroe (Hermanski/Taylor),
replace wooden roof sheathing and relay the slate roof. The existing caps over the roof hips are probably
galvanized steel, but the new caps will be copper. Technically, this change in material would need to go
on a Certificate of Appropriateness....but I was wondering if you all though it was minor enough to let it
proceed under Non-applicability. Please tell me what you think.
Thanks!
