discuss proposed alterations and to determine the category of the application(Appropriateness, Nun-Applicability(ir I lardship).
13. t he Commission normally meets on the first and third Wednesdays of each month and notices are posted at City I[allthe meetings are held at
120 Wshington Street,3rd fluor,and begin at 7:00 p.m. All meetings are open to the public and any person is entitled to appenrand be heard
on ally matter before the C'olnmission before it reaches a decision.
C. An application for a Certificate u1'Appropriateness or Hardship oust be received by 3:00 p.m.on the Monday 16 days before the meeting in
order to make the agenda. An application for it Certificate of Non-Applieability may normally he;added to the agenda up m the day or the
meeting. In some ryes,a Certificate of Nun-Applicability stay be issued by the Clerk,without review by the fill Commission•alter notifying
Commission members and allowing 24 hours fir any objection. )'here is no tee for any applications.
D. \II applications f'or Certificates of Appropriateness or Hardship require a public hearing. Notice of the hearing must.be posted with the City
Clerk 13 days before the hearing and abutters most he notified in writing. Commission stalTwihl handle these procedures. A public hearing is
nut required for a Certificate of Nun-Applicability.

An application will not be considered complete unless all work items aro Ihuroughly described on settled drawings and include specifications
regarding dimensions, materials, and any other infori ration needed for the Cumntission to visualize the changes in order to make it
determination. :\pplications for paint colors should include a paint chip or chart. I'he lidlowing items should be included in yuurdruvvings us
applicable(exhibits should be 8 'h x 11 or be able to be fitlded to 8'G x 1 l):
I. Site plan showing location of improvements;
? Elevation drawings of the specific improvements;
3. Details/profiles(Le.Moldings, fence caps,cornices, vents,etc.);
