On October 20, 1994 you were mailed notice of a hearing to which you would be provided an opportunity to comment on this issue. You were not in attendance at this meeting and it -s the opinion of the Commission that the deck can still be seen from the public way. Therefore, at its regular meeting on Wednesday, November 16, 1994, the Salem Historical Commission unaninously voted that an egregious violation exists and to notify you of the Commission' s instruction to the Clerk of the Commission to record a Clerk' s Certificate as to Violation at the Essex South District Registry of Deeds, thirty days from this date. The C--_erk' s Certificate as to Violation will reference your property title.
