The application was denied due to the applicant not being present to answer questions and provide drawings needed to make a determination and that the 60 day limit for review of any application would make continuance of the application impossible . The condition of the porches at the present time is in great disrepair and removing and replacing is the best method of approaching the problem. The work to be done is in that part of the structure that was added to the brick structure which is the basis of it being in an historical category. It will not in any way change any aspect of the exterior .
