Description of Work Proposed:
Removal ofdentist signage. Remove gate and relocate section offencing on Warren Street side to form right angle per site and
landscape plan submitted. Installation of two bollards near bulkhead as noted on plan. Use existing granite on site to
demarcate left side of driveway. Option to install four wheel stops in 6x6pressure treated wood, creosote-type, concrete or
other masonry in locations noted on plan.
Repointing of brick on house using historic materials and color to replicate existing. Mason to match aggregate to existing
aggregate using a I-3-6 mortar mix. Mason to use a manufacturedproduct such as Prosoco 600 or Vanitrolto clean the
mortar after repointing and mortar to recessed so as tv be the same depth as existing.
Repair or replace gutters, downspouts,flashing,slate roof, skylight,stone headers and sills at doors and windows, windows,
doors and wood stairs, decks and rails to replicate existing. No changes in color, material, design or outward appearance.
Installation of bathroom vent to be under and as close to upper deck as possible,painted brick color. Installation ofdryer vent
through roof. If not possible to go through roof for dryers on each floor, two to be installed through wall and one through
roof. Wall vents to be square metal,flush,painted brick color. Roof vent to be flat box painted to match roof color.

front of building(between Warren and Essex Streets) and on Essex Street
reserving on street parking spaces for the dentist—these can be removed by the
City once dentist relocates)
Re-point brick as needed
Repair gutters, downspouts, and flashing
Repair slate roof and existing skylight as needed
Re-paint stone headers and sills at doors and windows (same color)
Re-paint and repair existing windows and doors (same color)
Re-paint/stain existing wood stairs, decks, and rails (same color)
Three New Storm Windows on Warren Street Side where none exist to match
