New wooden stairs at front porch to match those at 407 Essex St. ,
repair or replicate porches and porch ballasters, railing and skirting
on 1st and 2nd stories, lattice to replicate existing square lattice.
Approval is not based on drawing submitted and any other variation of
this motion is inappropriate . Except with respect to replacing the
brick stairs with wooden ones, as above, all repairs or replacements
must exactly match existing elements in size, color, materials and
details . This Certificate does not provide for changes in paint
color (would require a new application ) .

the requirements set forth in the Historic Districts' Act (Federal Laws,
