Pursuant to you email below, I've attached a scan of the plot plan, and a photograph of the fence style. Essentially it will
be the same style running from Beckford Street along the property line.
Specifically,the fence style is 'Colonial'Cedar, the same fence style as currently exists along most of the property line.
The boards are 4" width
6' tall matching the existing fence it will connect to.
There is no gate
It will be connected to the existing fence by drilling into the existing post.

the property requires Salem Historical Commission approval prior to work commencement.
Enclosed please find:
o Application for a Certificate of Non-Applicability - please fill this out for the
repair/replacement of the roofing material(and any other in kind maintenance work you
plan to undertake in the next year) and submit it with photographs of existing
conditions. You will not need to attend a meeting and you will receive a Certificate of
Non-Applicability within a few days after submission.
o Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness- please fill this out for the installation
of the metal downspout already installed without approval (and any other alterations
you plan to undertake in the next year) and submit it with a photograph. Your
application will be placed on the agenda for the next available Commission meeting.

Commission needs to review work that you may be planning on undertaking. This would include the
