Description of Work Proposed
I am proposing to construct a second floor addition to the rear of the property at 118
Derby street.
After the addition is completed the roof will then be replaced with architectural shingles
the color to be slate grey.
The windows in the building will be repaired or replaced when necessary with the same
existing wood windows, which are 6 over 6.
The building will then be power washed and scraped of all loose paint and non-binding
material from the body and the trim. The building will then be primed with an oil base
primer.Two coats of acrylic latex paint will be used on the complete body and trim of the
building.
All trim will be repaired and restored to its original condition.
Body color of the house will be Benjamin Moore Weimeraner. (Sample Enclosed)
The trim color will be Benjamin Moore Mascarpone. (Sample Enclosed)
Shutters will be either Benjamin Moore Black or Wenge. (Sample Enclosed)
Doors will be Benjamin Moore Dinner Party. (Sample Enclosed)
After all is completed driveway will be extended to the rear of the building and re-paved.
