Please type orprint dearly.Atiarh additional sheets, as tleressary.
Painting: We are touching up the paint on the exterior of our house-and the touch up colors will match the
existing-white trim, gray body, black door and black iron fence. At this time we are only planning on painting on
the front of the house-the iron fence, the front door and the shutters-all Of which are black.
Shutters: We have hived Beech River Mill to make some replacement shutters to match any existing shutters that
may have deteriorated beyond repair.
Chimney Caps: We had squirrels invade our house this May. After catching them in the house on two separate
occasions,we want to install caps on all four chimneys. The Chimney Company of Salem recommends stainless
steel rectangular caps. Our chimneys are so tall that we anticipate that the caps will be minimally visible from the
street.
