The applicant sought approval to remove one chimney and replace basement windows but the request was denied by the Commission. Instead,the applicant had basement windows replicated with true- divided single-glazed wood hopper windows. The windows at 12 Aniover Street(2/2 wood,true-divided)are not original and likely date from the late 1970s/1980s although there is no certificate on file for these windows.
