It has come to the attention of the Salem Historical Commission that work is being
undertaken on your property at 10 Andover Street, which is located in a local historic district(i.e.
satellite dish installation). According to our files, no Certificate of Appropriateness, Hardship, or
Non-Applicability has been issued for this work.
Please stop all work on the exterior of the property. Within 30 days, please either:
■ Remove the satellite dish;
■ Move the satellite dish to a location where it is not visible from any public way
(including visibility from the street or sidewalk on Andover, Lynn or River Streets); or
■ Submit an application for the Commission to review the work you have undertaken as
well as any work you may be planning on undertaking. Applications and information are
