The window is primed exterior with unfinished pine interior. It comes with 1-7/8"cedar sill nose and 5/4 x 5 cedar flat casing trim already applied. It has insulated glass with ILT simulated divided light muntins. The exterior muntin bars have a putty profile and the interior muntins have an ogee profile. There is a black spacer bar between the glass. These muntins are not true divided light with individual panes of glass, but they are often used in historic settings. This property now has four different types of fence along its four borders. The fence along the westerly border (between numbers 4 and 6 Andover St.) is a wire fence with metal posts. Although intended to be temporary, this fence has been there for There than Twenty years, and is in disrepair. We would like to replace this fence with the same material as the fence on the easterly border (between 2 and 4 Andover St.). This three-foot chain link fence has been in place for over half a century, and is almost invisbible from the street (see picture 3).
