There is some pealing of paint and stucco on the garage (carriage
house) at the rear of 6 Botts Court.
I would like to have the stucco patched and repainted.The existing
color is a warm off-white (cream). I do not have a record of this color.
I would like you to consider painting it slightly different.The color I
like is a creamy off-white very close to the existing stucco color.The
color is a Benjamin Moore custom color from Waters and Brown. See
enclosed sample.

On Wednesday, July 16, 1997, the Salem Historical Commission unanimously voted to deny an
application for a Certificate of Appropriateness from Gary&Nancy Peterson to install lattice work
on the side of the carriage house. The denial was due to additional details not having been
submitted, the applicant not being present and the Commission not having a written waiver to
continue the application to another meeting.
